Decade of Change: Guild Advocacy’s Welfare and Political Impact in the 2000s 

The Guild was seeing more students who were struggling to make ends meet. In response to these struggles, a food bank was established, and grocery vouchers were provided to students.

Foodbank Expands to Larger Location, Easing Student Access with Booking System and Increased Supplies 

The Student Guild Foodbank has expanded and moved to a new location, reopening in the old Chaplaincy room on Kelvin Grove campus.

QUT students who have recently completed a mandatory placement as part of their degree can now apply for a $50 voucher from the QUT Student Guild.
