Are you happy with your student union? Are we making an impact? Or do you think the mark has been missed?
That’s all going to start and end with an E – allow me to introduce myself. I’m Emme, I’m running for President of ELEVATE. There’s no doubt that you have seen me around before bringing life to the Guild initiatives. I am committed to showing up for my fellow peers in every way I can, especially during hard times like orientation week and exam block.
Being the only female running for presidency, I bring a unique and infectious vibe that will boost student morale in all aspects. It’s second nature for me to nurture and support while bringing a level of professionalism that will uphold the Guild’s values.
I find joy in pouring energy and passion into elevating your potential by providing you with the tools and support you need to break through what’s holding you back. We’re going to set you up for success by igniting the campus culture making it even better than pre-covid.
Are you struggling with choosing between experiences and expenses? Our aim is to make fun affordable and stress free, giving you the freedom and ability to attend regular events and actively build your connections and flourish within the QUT community.
Why is it that we have been left behind, falling short of other universities with an outdated grading system that doesn’t allow for adversity? It’s time for QUT to ascend by implementing a grading scale with assessment giving you the best opportunity to get recognition for your work. Even when life gives you lemons, it’s time to make lemonade.
To unlock the full potential of your Student Union, the time is now to Vote 1 for Elevate to make an impact and hit the mark that’s been missed by presidents without experience and direction.
